For Ordering party: The services include the analysis and evaluation of the technical and formal compliance of offers in regard to Ordering party’s requirements and activities verifying the reliability of submitted declarations and documents. Preparation of evaluation and classification of offers. After submitting offers, the handling of correspondence, explanations and appeals
For Suppliers: The services include the creation or organization of the process of the offer preparation, the analysis of formal requirements, the completion of the documents and the final completion of the offer. After submitting the offer, the handling of correspondence, explanations and appeals
Project implementation and settlement management
This offer is both for Ordering party and Suppliers
For Ordering party: The services include project management on the part of the Ordering party, in accordance with the methodology adopted by the Ordering party, in the contract and regulation regimes that are applicable at the Ordering party. For Ordering party: The services include inventory and evaluation of the project implementation status with reference to the technical and formal requirements of the procurement and contract. Review of the completeness of the project documentation. Preparation of recommendations for further proceedings in the scope of technology and project management
For Suppliers: The services include inventory and evaluation of the project implementation status with reference of technical and formal requirements of the procurement, offer and contract. Review of the completeness of the project documentation. Review of the completeness of the own and subcontracting competencies of the Suppliers dedicated to the realization of the project and also verification of the management of the subcontractors. Preparation of recommendations for further proceedings in the scope of technology and project management and competencies that are necessary to complete the project
Recovery plan for a difficult project
This offer is both for Ordering party and Suppliers. The services include the Audit of the project implementation, evaluation of the purposefulness of the continuation of the project, building a recovery plan to continue the project or plan to terminate the contract without achieving the primary project objective. This offer is for Ordering parties who are preparing to modernize or supplement their IT infrastructure. The services include the technical and formal analysis of the IT infrastructure of the Ordering party, development of recommendations for technical and organizational modernization.
